Vinification
Native red grapes undergo appassimento, bringing the fruit-drying tradition together with a multi-variety blend. The resulting wine is semi-dry.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with developed nuances. The complex aroma centers on cherry and vanilla. The palate is harmonious, full-bodied and velvety, leading to a long finish marked by spice.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18 °C. Pair with grilled or braised red meats and mature cheeses.
