Tasting profile
Dense, compact garnet red. The nose is intense and persistent, with ethereal notes, sour cherries in spirits, prunes, dried flowers and a broad spectrum of sweet spices. The palate combines substantial structure and pronounced softness with velvety tannins.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–19 °C. Pair with barbecued red meat, braised meats and mature cheeses.
