Ruby red. The intense, persistent nose offers cherry and plum, violet and a light black-pepper accent. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with an elegant balance of body and structure supported by measured acidity and tannins.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16 °C. Pair with traditional Veronese dishes such as ribbon noodles with rabbit or tortelloni filled with Monte Veronese cheese. It also accompanies cured meats.
