Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Doganella di Ninfa, in the municipality of Cori. They have clay soils over a tuff subsoil and are planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
Harvest runs from late September into early October. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 17 °C. Secondary fermentation lasts 20 months in bottle.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks until May, with regular bâtonnage.
