Grapes
Cabernet Sauvignon is supplemented by a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.
Vinification
The must undergoes traditional red-wine vinification with extended skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels, followed by six months of rest in bottle in the winery’s cool cellars.
