Fabiano was founded in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano opened a wine shop in Venice near St Mark’s Basilica. After years devoted solely to wine sales, the company acquired a small estate on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veronese area in 1955 and began producing its first wines there.
