Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto in vineyards with limestone- and clay-rich soils, which contribute to the wine’s distinctive aromatic character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed immediately after picking. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 10–15 days at no more than 18 °C. The wine is separated from its sediment before ageing.
