The grapes grow in hilly vineyards in Piedmont.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at low temperature for 4–5 months, developing greater aromatic complexity and a fuller taste. After cold stabilization and bottling, it remains in the winery’s cellars until summer.
