Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the south-facing Case Via e Pecille vineyard. Yields are restricted to improve fruit quality.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation and three weeks of maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels from Tronçais and Allier.
Label / history
Annual production is 10,000 bottles.
