Vineyard and terroir
The red-fruited vineyards are in Veneto, on clay soils with a high proportion of stones.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo a short cryomaceration to extract colour. Secondary fermentation follows in pressurised tanks by the Charmat method, with 60 days of carbonation.
Label / history
The V8+ range has a bright, original design. The number eight refers to infinity, the universe and eternal youth, as well as the approximately eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the Otto Piu Vineyards.
