Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown on the hills of Valdobbiadene, in clay soils with a high proportion of stones.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation with selected yeasts in autoclaves for approximately 35 days.
Label / history
V8+ is a sparkling-wine range with a bright, distinctive design. The number eight was chosen for its associations with infinity, the universe and eternal youth, as well as the approximately eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the vineyards of Otto Piu Vineyards.
