Vineyard and terroir
The Dolcetto comes from the Bussia vineyard in Monforte d'Alba. The hilly plot covers just 1 hectare and is farmed with nature-friendly methods, without herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Vinification
Fermentation starts spontaneously with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks, followed by some time in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Lively, refreshing and full of charm, with a focus on pure fruit flavour.
Serving and pairing
Suited to rosemary lamb.
