Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is carefully selected from estate-owned vineyards in the hills of Piedmont. The Falletto vineyards cover 20 hectares across Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra and Barbaresco, where the microclimate provides favourable ripening conditions.
Vinification
Traditional alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for two months in French oak barrels, followed by three months in bottle.
