Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese comes from the fifth vineyard planted by Carlo Ferrini.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats for seven days, followed by 13 days of skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months, with half matured in 500- and 2,500-litre oak barrels and half in cocciopesto amphorae. It then rests in bottle for a further six months.

Refined and expressive, with a subtle terroir character.
