Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine undergoes light clarification and gentle filtration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 2–3 months in 300 L French oak tonneaux, followed by a further four months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
