Selected Sangiovese grapes from old vines.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed and vinified under temperature-controlled conditions. The wine is gently filtered before bottling.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in 300- and 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by time in concrete tanks until bottling and at least six months in the cellar after bottling.
