Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for 15–18 months, followed by at least six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The 2006 vintage is well structured, with a pleasant flavour and exceptionally silky tannins.
