Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 26-year-old vines in the province of Chieti. The vineyard faces southeast and receives abundant sunlight, helping the grapes to ripen well and relatively early.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed very gently. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. The resulting wine is organic.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, with a broad range of fruit and floral notes on the nose and a well-balanced palate.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fresh raw seafood, fried fish with potatoes, and aged cheeses such as Caciocavallo.
