Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a centuries-old, organic vineyard in the province of Chieti. Its southeast-facing exposure provides abundant sunlight for ripening, while sea and mountain breezes bring both coastal and mountain influences.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
The nose is delicate and gently fruity, with stone-fruit and citrus notes. The palate brings refreshing hints of mint and elderflower, balanced by pleasant acidity.
