Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the estate’s vineyards at 250 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Harvested by hand between 20 and 30 August, the fruit is gently pressed at the winery and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is made naturally.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with delicate fish dishes, soups and seafood.
