The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards, which have clay soils.
Vinification
After pressing, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif at the start of a meal, or with appetizers, assorted delicacies, desserts, fruit salads and seafood pasta.
