Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the Benevento area of Campania at 400–600 m above sea level. Full sun exposure and soils combining volcanic material, clay, and limestone support freshness, flavour intensity, and bright acidity.
Grapes
Falanghina.
Vinification
The grapes are softly pressed, followed by static settling of the must and fermentation at 12–14°C. Lees bâtonnage, cold stabilization, and filtration complete the process.
Tasting profile
Falanghina’s semi-aromatic character is expressed through intense, generous fruit. Balanced acidity gives the palate length and freshness. The wine is medium-bodied, balanced, fairly intense, and persistent.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with risotto, seafood spaghetti, herb-seasoned chicken, savoury pies, or fish main courses.
