The grapes are gently pressed, and the must undergoes cool fermentation. The wine is bottled cold.

Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
It has excellent structure and an intense fruity aroma, with the fruit notes continuing on the palate.

Pairs well with seafood and pasta with vegetables.
