Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hills south of Lake Garda, in clay soils of glacial origin.
Grapes
The wine is made from selected Turbiana grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks until bottling. It is cold-bottled on a sterile bottling line.
