The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in the municipality of Ciro.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late September to early October. Vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel vats, followed by several months in bottle before release.
