The grapes grow in clay-limestone soils, at a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks, followed by several months in bottle before release.
