Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from mountain slopes in Trentino, at 350–600 m above sea level. The soils are predominantly sandy with a high proportion of stones. Marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures encourage aromatic development. Yields are 70 hl/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts.
Ageing
The wine rests for at least six months in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Elegant aromas lead to a delicate character with a lingering finish.
