Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in the Marche region, with northeast and northwest exposures. The mixed soils are predominantly clay.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September and placed in small crates. After gentle crushing and cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for six months in stainless steel, followed by three months in bottle.
