Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit comes from vineyards in Treviso that have been productive for many years.
Vinification
The grapes are cold-pressed. The must ferments with selected yeasts for one month at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C. A second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank and is halted by lowering the temperature when the desired sugar level is reached.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with fish dishes, fresh fruit and pastries.
Label / history
The wine is bottled in distinctive thick-glass bottles and belongs to the Maschio dei Cavalieri range.
