Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hills of the Valdobbiadene area and are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Grapes
Selected Glera grapes are blended with up to 15% other permitted white varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are cold-pressed and gently pressed, then vinified at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation follows the Italian Charmat method in sealed autoclaves.

The wine has a refined character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with Italian dishes, risotto or seafood.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the “Maschio dei Cavalieri” range and is presented in a specially designed bottle.
