Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Puglia and is harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and is stopped by rapidly lowering the temperature, preserving residual sugar.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in barrels, followed by three months in bottle.

Decant before serving.
