Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Puglia at 200–400 metres above sea level, on sandy and limestone-clay soils. The vines are 15–40 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. A brief partial maceration on the skins is followed by fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel vats.
Tasting profile
The palate is pleasant, with a subtle touch of fruity sweetness.
