Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Oltrepò Pavese, on clay, sandstone and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and placed in small crates. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17–20 °C, with partial skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in oak barrels for 10 months, with regular stirring to improve its texture and balance the acidity.
Tasting profile
The complex aroma combines subtle mineral notes with refined oak tones. The texture is harmonious, with balanced acidity.
