Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Corvino, in the province of Pavia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested into small crates upon reaching optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 8–10 days. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and stabilization.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with first courses, soups, pasta, rice, poultry, white or red meats, rich sea fish, and semi-hard or hard cheeses.
