The fruit comes from vineyards in South Tyrol (Alto Adige).
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness, followed by cold maceration and fermentation at 18–20 °C.
Label / history
The Tolloy range takes its name from Johann Tolloy, a well-known innkeeper of the early eighteenth century. Mezzacorona created the range in collaboration with the Salorno wine cellar.
