Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the hills of the Langhe in Piedmont. The region lies between the Western Alps to the north and west and the Apennine Mountains to the southeast; proximity to both ranges helps create favourable conditions for viticulture.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using a traditional red-wine method.
