Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from leased organic vineyards in Canavese and small plots in Carema.
Grapes
The blend comprises 95% Nebbiolo and 5% of the rare local Ner d’Ala.
Vinification
Fermentation uses wild yeasts and 20% whole clusters to preserve the grapes’ natural structure and aromas.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for around 10 months.
Tasting profile
Lively, juicy and elegant, with a clean character and refined texture. Berry and rose notes unfold gradually in the glass.
