Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero grows near Lake Garda at 700 m above sea level. The vines are farmed biodynamically and are at least 10 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from late September to early October. Fermentation uses selected yeasts at 20 °C and lasts 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine ages 18 months in oak barriques, then 12 months in bottle.

Elegant, silky and beautifully balanced.
