Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Sicily, mainly on carbonate-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September. Cold maceration is followed by 15 days of skin maceration at a controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for 14 months, initially in stainless-steel tanks and then in oak barrels.

Elegant and full-bodied.
