Questo vino

Vineyard and terroir

The Aglianico comes from the municipalities of Guardia Sanframondi, Castelvenere, San Lorenzo Maggiore and Torrecuso in Sannio, Benevento. The vineyards occupy hills of volcanic origin where tuff, volcanic ash and limestone contribute to the wine’s brightness and freshness.

Grapes

100% Aglianico.

Vinification

A brief cryomaceration provides short skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 12–14°C.

Ageing

The wine matures for two months on fine lees with weekly bâtonnage.

Tasting profile

The colour is a delicate, elegant and luminous pink. Floral, youthful aromas are joined by small red berries and restrained citrus notes. The palate is vibrant and driven by refreshing acidity, creating a light, immediate Mediterranean rosé.

Vintage notes

2025 is the first vintage.

Label / history

Core Rosa was conceived by Silvia Imparato and developed with oenologist Riccardo Cotarella as a light, direct and accessible rosé carrying the recognisable character of the Core range.
