The grapes are grown in the delle Venezies subregion, known for light, crisp wines from this variety. The vines stand on clay and sandy-clay soils in a cool microclimate shaped by the Alps.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
