Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Fara.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested from 26 to 28 September, then gently destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation was followed by eight days of maceration at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matured in concrete vessels for six months.
Label / history
Production of the 2015 vintage totalled 15,000 bottles, of which 128 cases were released for export.
