Vinification
The grapes are harvested and pressed, then fermented under controlled conditions for 1.5 weeks. Malolactic fermentation follows, after which the wine is transferred to dedicated stainless-steel tanks. It is made in a Bordeaux style.
Ageing
Around 10% of the wine is aged in oak barriques to bring greater harmony and elegance to the final blend. The wine is then blended and bottled.
Tasting profile
Aromatic and fruity, with soft tannins and a harmonious, elegant character.
