Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in the Asti region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks under temperature control at 18–19 °C. The second fermentation follows the Charmat method, spending 30 days in pressurized tanks.

Casa Martelletti has belonged to Perlino since 2004 and is based in the small village of Cocconato, in the province of Asti. Its wines are presented in uniquely designed bottles.
