Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. An initial fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature, followed by a second fermentation in autoclaves.
Tasting profile
Light and delicate, with a juicy, fresh character and pronounced fruitiness. The profile is straightforward rather than particularly complex.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with pasta, fish dishes and poultry.
