Tasting profile
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. Floral and fruity aromas highlight ripe apple and a subtle pear note. The palate is lively and fresh, closing with a pleasant bitterness. Almond and dried-fruit flavors persist through the long, satisfying finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with fish or vegetable appetizers, light first courses and fresh cheeses.
