Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow with green reflections. The bouquet combines yellow fruit—especially ripe apple and a delicate pear note—with acacia and wisteria. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a pleasantly bitter edge and a long finish carrying almond and dried-fruit notes.

Serve at 6–8 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with fish or vegetable appetizers, light pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses.
