Tasting profile
An intensely fruity bouquet of apple, lemon and grapefruit is joined by pronounced wisteria and acacia blossom. The floral character meets a pleasantly bitter note of citrus rind. The palate is vivid and fresh, with a fine, persistent perlage.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. Pair with antipasti such as olives, aged cheeses, roasted peppers or marinated artichokes, as well as freshwater fish and seafood.
