Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast. Cypress trees and the nearby sea define the landscape, an area inhabited since Etruscan times. Cabernet Sauvignon has found particularly favorable conditions here, producing wines characterized by softness, persistence, bright acidity, harmony, and clarity.

Matured for 12 months in barriques.

Tasting profile

Serve at 18°C. Particularly suited to red meat and game, with penne alla boscaiola and sausage risotto also suggested.
