Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on eluvial soils derived from granite rocks in the Vermentino di Gallura zone, which covers a large area of northern Sardinia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified traditionally at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
